Play with Purpose! 🎯🍻

The 3rd Annual Cornhole Tournament is happening on Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM at Lucky Luke Brewing in Santa Clarita—and it's all for a great cause!

Join in to support the Samuel Dixon Family Health Center’s Behavioral Health Department, which provides essential mental health services to local youth, adults, and families. Your participation helps fund counseling in schools, after-school programs, and more.

Grab a partner, pick a team name, and compete for the grand prize! Whether you’re a pro or new to cornhole, all skill levels are welcome.

🤠 Dust off your boots—Hoedown for Hope is back on June 21 at Gilchrist Farm! This country-themed night supports Circle of Hope Cancer Wellness Center with live music, line dancing, a BBQ dinner, desserts, and a whole lot of heart. General admission is $59 and includes dinner, desserts, live music, and farm fun. Or go VIP for $99 and enjoy early entry, a drink ticket, VIP Lounge access, and more. 🛒 The Santa Clarita Walmart Supercenter on Carl Boyer Drive just got a major glow-up! The newly remodeled store now features a sleek new layout, expanded grocery and apparel sections, upgraded pharmacy and vision departments, and even a private Mother’s Room. Shoppers can also explore interactive displays and enjoy improved online pickup and delivery services. Plus, a community-inspired mural was unveiled during the grand reopening celebration, along with $8,500 in grants awarded to local nonprofits. (SCV News)

👕 Got clothes you don’t wear anymore? Saugus High’s Instrumental Music Program is hosting its Clothes 4 Cash fundraiser on select Saturdays this summer—June 14 & 21, July 12 & 19, and August 16 from 8–11 a.m. near the tennis courts at Saugus High (21900 Centurion Way). Drop off your lightly used clothes, shoes, bags, linens, and more to support new instruments, repairs, scholarships, and competitions for student musicians and colorguard.
