A Local Discovery Brings Closure 📸

Get ready for your daily dose of feelings: Our SCV search and rescue team just pulled off the kind of heartwarming story that usually only happens in movies. They found and returned a precious photo album to Young Lee, three years after his father's passing in our local mountains.

This wasn't just any photo album – it was packed with gorgeous shots of the Antelope Valley poppy reserve, taken by a man who loved California so much, he gave nicknames to the rocks at Vasquez Rocks. (And honestly, who among us hasn't wanted to name a particularly charming boulder?)

Sometimes the best finds aren't on your Instagram feed, but in a car parked in the mountains, waiting to tell its story.

MOOYAH's Best Burger Crown Goes to... 🍔
